I am just looking at the numbers. Legend sold 200 to 300 bass boats per year which is as lot more than 25. Just looking at potential increase in market sales and ROI that’s all. Not trying to start an argument with you just dialogue.

Yes, pontoon sales and sales to the Japanese martlet is what they are doing right imo. Smart move for them. Falcon just started up 2 years ago in bass boats and has less marketing than Charger but may sell close too as many 215’s as 797’s if not more here. Again Hick just discussion because at this point probably nothing will happen. Anyway, it’s all good as the expression goes.

I get what you’re saying but the last Strampion made was around 2011 “ish”. Legend hasn’t even been officially called dead yet. I wonder if they will ever officially announce it.

797 is a big long boat the market is 19-20 ft and price seems to really dictate the sales of those models.Every year they go up a few thousand so it’s never going to get cheaper unless we have a economy crash again and even than it’s came back higher.Talking to Joe he has problems finding people that want to work in the fiberglass world it’s a bad itchy day every day lol.So even if you get 2000 orders can they build that many?

The last Strampions were built in 2013... But there were some rumors that maybe 1 or 2 were year-ed for the model year 2014... Dan

I own the boat used for the 2013 210 photo shoot... Heard that before the official cancel announcement 2 orders came in and where built and stamped 2014 model year... I think they went to California... If the rumor was true... Dan

If I was Charger I believe before splashing a V20, I would be updating the console on the boats they have now to bring them up to date.

Put the consoles on a 198 and 210 where they could handle 12 inch graphs and that would be good. Good suggestion.

They could make one console to fit all the boats.

Do you know if they were building the 198’s then too? Might be something I’d start trying to find if so.

Or was that when they started calling them 202’s, (when they went to Stratos)?
