Unit won't power up after software update

Just downloaded software update 1.640 for my Helix 12 Si Gen 1. I followed the steps online, restored defaults beforehand and now after it asked to install update the unit powers up then shuts right back down. It kept doing this repeatedly. Finally after about 5 minutes I pulled the chip out and shut the power off. When I go to turn it on it starts to load then just shuts down. Anything I can do to fix this? I'm getting ready for a weekend trip and thought I'd update the software. Now this isn't looking so good.. 😕

Was that the only card in the unit?

Yup. I called Humminbird and they said to send it down there. So I overnighted it yesterday. Hopefully they will look at it today if not tomorrow

Bummer. I just updated a couple of weeks back and didn't have a problem. Hopefully they can get it back to you before your trip.
