    John Prine

Any BBC members ever listen to John Prine? Just released his first new material in 13 years, "The Tree of Forgiveness". I had forgotten just how simple and complex his lyrics can be. Been listening for years, glad to have new songs to enjoy. I highly recommend you give him a listen.

I've been a fan ever since his first album. Imho, one of the greatest songwriters of our generation. I spent a lot of hours learning to play and sing John's songs.

One of my all time favorite performers! Fish and whistle is a funny song. Have him on Pandora. Been listening to him since early to mid seventies!

Ive seen him live many times and we always played his songs at our Deer Camp. Heck, my uncle insists that we sing Mission Band at his wake! I am a huge fan. Prime Prine is my favorite CD. Thanks for the heads up

He is one of those great poet/songwriters that never was as successful a singer.as.he snojld.have.been. He has a cult following, however.

I.think he lives around Nashville presently.

I listen to one song of his, every weekend, on 93.3 WKYQ Outlaw Hours. My granddad was a welder on that world's largest shovel.

Seen him twice in the past year. My favorite artist by far. Playing with Nathaniel Rateliff New Year's Eve in Nashville...Road trip! I have every one of his albums. My favorite songs of his in no particular: Stick A Needle In My Eye, Long Monday, That's The Way That The World Goes Around and Summer's End on his latest album is amazing...

Been a big John Prine fan since back in the 70's. Got to see him in concert one time....one of the most memorable concerts of the many I attended in my youth.

My favorite from his new album....
    Don't worry Ma'am....
