    Yup I'm happy my family doesn't have to worry about debt. If we can't afford it we do t buy it. Only payment we have is the house and that has 225k in equity built up.
    They keep raising the prices of everything and people just keep borrowing more and more. I should sell the house now and wait for the crash lol.
