    Argue with wife.....

    I was born to argue with my wife, more so, her with me. 9 out of 10 times SHE is right! This time I won so to say...
    The bet was "We would be having a down pour within an hour" and she said NO WAY! She really wanted me to cook outside this night and I was fearful of a downpour destroying my grill temps for a slow cook. We got the downpour for 90 minutes.

    I won and she made good on the bet, plus $5 in my pocket!

    I thought I won a fight once, then I found out that even though I was correct, she was still not wrong... therefore by default, she still won the fight.

    I never argue. I use the "wife away" method. When she starts, I ask myself if I want to debate the point or disagree OR do I want to just pleasantly continue doing what I'm doing. I just agree with everything she says and then do as I please.
