Question 2000 TR21 Live well drain plugs

Looking for a little info, I have a 2000 Tr21. What do you guys us for you live well drain plugs? Not really wanting to use the rubber stoppers with the brass ends. Not to thrilled about going elbow deep in the dead middle of winter to get the plugs out.

No pump out pumps? If not, get one of those big heavy duty arm length gloves to remove your plugs.

I use about 2' of 5/8" od pvc schedule 40 ( you'll have to try and fit your own drain) and cram it into the drain hole. It both closes off the drain and acts as another overflow drain but you don't have to get your arm wet to pull it out. I just yank them out and leave them in the well for next trip. Another tip is to use about 2' of clear flexible 1/2" A/C drain hose and put it in your pumpout hole, hang your weigh bag on the cleat and fill your bag to go to weigh-in.
