    Lake Barkley State resort park?

    Do they have good boat parking and electric outside to plug into? Looking at google maps I'm not sure where I can park with the boat and truck hooked up.

    Barkley Dam motel is a great place to stay at.
    But I've stay at the lodge it was ok parking is ok just have to back boat in to parking spot and unhook every night. And talking about little river.

    I see a lot of people hooked up in lower parking lot electric I can’t answer, during the week there is a lot less traffic at the lodge.

    Only downside to Cadiz is a greater potential for theft there by the interstate.

    The super 8 in cadiz(which google says is closed now) was the worst place I have ever stayed on a fishing trip. Good parking and electric hookup, but it was an absolute dumb and literally falling apart.

    It would be just as easy to stay at the lodge. You don't have to leave you eat there and etc.

    Barkley State Park Resort also has cabins/cottages... would think that would be a better set up with boat.

    I have stayed in the cabins and was able to keep the boat hooked up in front of the cabin, also a outlet for electric on the front porch. I think they have old and newer cabins and I think mine was older but worked for what I wanted. Like someone else said I seen boats plugged into electric in the lodge lower parking lot.
