Merc Monitor on "demo" mode?

My merc monitor isn't displaying any correct information. When I turn the key on my boat (2019 Phoenix 618 Pro with 2019 Mercury 150 Pro SX) I have my 304 software number, settings 1, then 0 hours, BUT I've put at least 4 solid hours on my engine.

Also when I scroll through the info when the engine is off or running the rmps are constantly changing by 1000.

The only info that seems accurate is the engine temperature.

I've tired to rest the monitor with negative results.

Any input would be greatly appreciated, thanks in advance.

Did it work when you took delivery and then stop or has it never worked correctly?

Never worked properly as I owned it.

Have you selected the correct starboard or port side motor option ,

Or return it to the dealer and them correct it, should have been part of the pre-delivery inspection.
