    Offer submitted

    Went and looked at a house today, had most of the things we were looking for, so we submitted an offer. I don't want to get my hopes up, but I do hope this works out. Realtor said we should hear something by noon tomorrow. I know if it is meant to happen then it will, but tonight is going to be a lot of tossing and turning.

    I’m looking for a house now and it’s crazy how fast houses are selling around here. Most homes don’t stay on the market for a week. You have to be fast when you find one you like

    Just had an offer accepted Friday, house hunting sucked being we are moving from Iowa back to Ky we went in two separate times to go house hunting. And being we was looking for a house on some acreage it made it even more difficult to find the right house.
