2004 HPDI Troubleshoot
2004 HPDI 250 runs great out of hole, wot great, only problem is when running 4000 rpm or more when you start letting up and it gets to 3800 to 3500 it seems to stumble very little at first, last couple trips getting worse ,now a year changed all the filters secrete and water separator new plugs a month ago always run ring free and sta-bil, i did notice today it stumbles while running in the 3500 to 3800 rpm range any help would be greatly appreciated

Get your compression checked? When mine surged it was due to an injector running lean which at wot didnt take long to blow a piston.

Yes check the basics first. Spent all sorts of money chasing things on mine and found a blown head gasket. Still ran pretty good just would idle well and some top end loss.
