    Copy/paste post

I like to draft my posts in another program from time to time then paste into the forum dialogue box. This saves headache and heartache if there is a service interruption. I am not having much success here doing this. If I paste in then click the post quick reply it leaves the page. If I go advance and do it I get the Internal Server error.

All I am pasting is basic text.

Hmmm.....not sure why you'd be having problems. I made a small change to your profile. Try it now and let me know if it works better.

Try copying from somewhere else like a different post here and then see if the paste works. It could be that you are copying unprintable characters from the program you are using and it's affecting the vB software or the browser.

One other oddity that I see is the editor mode affects my typing. It seems to miss keystrokes and especially spaces unless I actively click the furthest left editor tile.

Seeming to work with onsite text but not offsite.

I changed my editor to standard which seems to help the keystroke lag/miss/skip issue I was having.

Upper left on the advanced editor screen, just above and to the left of Bold/Italic/Underline are two icons. One pastes as plain text, and the other pastes from Word. Try those and see if one works for you. The plain text one is available from the simple editor as well

I have to change the A/A button to get the others to go active. I allow access to clipboard and paste in no problem, but submit the post and no go 500 internal server error
