    Family Fishing Trip to Canada

    Just thought I would share....Probably the best vacation I have ever taken with the family. It has become tradition the past three years to take the family to Canada for a week of fishing and relaxation. Kids are grown up a lot since I bought my Champ ten years ago. She still does ok with a few people on a skinny Champ. My daughter took a great pic of me driving heading back to the lake house. And I think she out-fished us all...

    Lake Charleston, Ontario. The lake is more well known for its lake trout, but the bass fishing is also good. Has very healthy populations of smallmouth and largemouth. Its a super scenic lake with about 100 islands or so.

    Have a good time Joe....time is so precious with the kids gettin older. Although I'm finding myself much more relaxed and comfortable with them older. Also, finally got the Rude running good. Kelsey''s Marina on the lake up there diagnosed a bad power pack...had carb work done in May, and new powerpack, she running like a top again...
