ok i don't know.I have my 3d/ss transducer on bottom of backplate,2D transducer is thru hull .
Does downscan image rely on 2D image, some kind of overlap?
should i do an offset change on the 2D to make them equal?
What would be best way to check this, maybe turn off 2D temporarily and see if line goes away?
    thanks

I think you have fish reveal turned on? I get that line sometimes, it's a 2d overlay onto the down scan image. Fish are supposed to highlight in a different color, but a lot of times you get an orange line like that.

Caused by the Fish Reveal option, turn it off and the line will disappear. I have 1 foot of difference between my transducers, it shows if I run 2d and side scan side by side.

thanks Ben i will try that when i get back to the boat.
Not finding much "reveal" in the fish reveal option anyway.
looks like a lot of colored confetti on my carbons.
