    25" shaft motor on my ranger

    I just bought a great deal on a 2002 Merc. 200hp but only with a 25" shaft to put on my 393 Ranger, is this going to be trouble for my ride? HELP!!!!

    Get the kit to change to a 20”
    It will never run right with the xl shaft. I’ve fought that battle you can’t win.
