    Turkey Breasts

    Grabbed a bunch on sale the other day. Threw 4 in the smoker this AM. Two with tikka spice, two with home made jerk seasoning. The usual 235* and got them to 165*. Slice them up for dinner and sandwich meat. After picking the bones clean I boil them and make a real nice smoky stock.

    Try injection with a beer & butter marinade. Adds lots of flavor and is so juicy.

    We do a few every few months. Loved smoked turkey breast. We use the Rudy's BBQ turkey rub. Great stuff that does not overpower the taste of the turkey. I dont want to taste only the rub and injection.
