2017 Triton 179 TRX 115 ProXs 2 stroke
Currently running a 2017 115 ProXs 2 stroke 2.07 gears with a 20 Laser II at 5850 rpm (mercmonitor) which is right at limit. That is with full tank of gas and two people. Boat runs a solid 49-49.5. 10 hours on motor.
I can swap for 21 Stainless Spitfire X7 4 blade but I don’t think I can turn it and the boat will be slower. No jackplate and motor mounted in middle hole. WOT psi about 18.
Thoughts?

Did you think about trying a 21" laser II instead of the 20"? If your maxed out now loaded I'd try one or at least try the 21" spitfire.

Yes going to send 20 to Mark Croxton. Just wasnt sure if 115 could turn a 21 4 blade 5600+

That's a 4 stroke motor Pro xs? If it is the limiter should be 6300 and your not close to that. You don't want to be turning 5600 rpm's with anything your looking for 6000 loaded and 52 mph with that 20" prop.

2 stroke should be 5750 max that your running so a 21 laser II should be the right prop 51-52 mph.
