Compartment battery 521vx

Hello friends, I have a question about how to organize the batteries in my 521vx. My engine is a 4t suzuki SS 250, I have no oil tank, and at the moment no power poles. I think that for better access to water pumps is better to place 2-0-2 (trolling 36v) or against is better 1-1-2 ??

I would go 2-0-2 if at all possible. Will help balance the boat better and make pump access way easier. Seems like a win-win. That's where my oil tank is, so not an option for me unfortunately.

Thank you very much for your opinion, I believe the same in terms of the access of the pumps, but in going better balance, I am not sure when carrying only one console.
