    vmax battery

    looking for new trolling battery's has any one tried vmax MR137-120? they are 120ah with 230 RC ..... thanks

    I had never heard of it but it looks like a hell of a battery. It’s bigger than a North Star or the x2 on Rc and ah. With a 1 year warranty and only 280 bucks. For trolling batteries that’s pretty expensive. Most of us only use the big agms for cranking batteries but if you have the money to buy 2 or 3 of them then go for it.

    It's heavy as hell. Which I am sure contributes to it's strength..........but dam that's a lot of weight.

    yes they are same weight as x2 but 100 bucks less and every one says phoenix like's weight in the rear..... I run 24v trolling motor on a 721 so not worried about 4 battery's......I am going to try them for my trolling motor....will keep you posted
