Mercury 4-Blade Fury on a Yamaha 250 SHO

I have seen many Mercury 4-Blade Fury props on a Yamaha 250 SHOs. What gains do you get by using this prop with the SHO? What do you need to swap the props? Do you keep the same pitch using a 4-blade prop? Can this be done to a 2014 250 SHO? Thank you!

I am running a 24 pitch one on my 2011 Ranger Z521/250 SHO. I am getting about 68 mph at 5850 in the summer with full load( 2 people + fuel) on the boat. All of the vent holes are plugged. Best has been 72 mph @6050 running light in the spring/fall. The hole shot is tremendous and lots of stern lift. I initially tried a 25 but was not getting the rpms with it. The 25 runs well on the Z520 Ranger. All you need to make it work is the Yamaha adapter hub for a Mercury prop. I forget the number.
You give up 1 to 2 mph from the 25 T-1 Yamaha prop and gain holeshot and slightly lower planing speeds. It seems to take the waves a little better. I am fairly happy with the prop and continue to run it.
