Tank was last filled in Oct 2017 with Hi-test ethanol gas with no additives.. The plan then was to ride but I had a cardiac event that didn’t allow that.. I finally feel like I can start to ride again and want to know what I should do with the gas.. So, should I burn it or toss it?

Drain a gallon, add a gallon of fresh, run half a tank and than refill. Pour the first gallon in your regular vehicle.
Yep. Take some out and run a little new. Or add some octane boost to what you have then add some when you get space.
