Solix being discontinued?

Looking to see if anyone else has heard rumors of the Solix line being discontinued? Was speaking to a dealership today and asked about upgrading to Solix’s, salesman advised I stay away because they were being discontinued soon. Haven’t heard this anywhere else and can’t find anything indicating this news. Thanks in advance.

Onix has been around for how long? It is is still being supported with software updates. I would expect nothing less with the length of support on the Solix.

It's been out a few months already....

They usually do a 2 year product cycle - and like Troy said, they're not going to replaced for a "while" or will be updated.

I would think they would just upgrade the current Solix. Maybe a Gen2 model with internal improvements (faster processor, wifi, etc).

The SOLIX is the Gen2 ONIX. The next "improvement" in that product line could be a different name also.
