I had thought the same, bad shock or spring until his second post #8.

I am assuming he replaced the entire assembly and not just the master cylinder part.

Guess it could still be a sticking shock, or bad spring if he did not replace that.

I cleaned the inside of trailer tube. Thisnis the second A60 actuator installed complete assy. I greased both A60 on all contact slide areas and rollers. I did check all brake lines and replaced one 4 inch line steal. All others were as new. Next week Ill be going through everything again, pulling wheels, calibers to grease slide pins and brake pad slides. Then checking over A60 again. This trailer bucks so bad you almost cant stop the Truck. Its buck all the way while trying bring everything to a stop. I can throttle the Truck real quick and pull actuator back out, then it stops. Like said Ill be going over everything. Thanks guys

There is an issue I would look into the suspension components hanger, and bolts to leaf springs, if there is slop it's not good and will allow to almost pulsate like abs

    Got some questions.
Is this a tandem axle with leaf springs ?
If so--- which axle are the brakes on ?
