    Vegan pulled pork......so do you smoke it and do you put mustard on it first to hold the rub??? LOL

    Kiddng....looks like an interesting fruit. We hit the West Side Market in Cleveland a few times a year and they have some interesting, not so common fruits and melons that we load up on. Canary and Christmas melons are my favorite.

    My wife loves that stuff. I just cut it up and she eats it plain. I'll give this a shot next time we hit the Asian store. Learn something new everyday. Thanks.

    Somebody put up a recipe for spaghetti squash a while ago. Tried it and it was great. We like it better than regular pasta.

    One thing for sure, they can grow really big. Think wheelbarrow to carry one to the house, not a bucket.

    Just tried it. A good sandwich? Yes. It was pretty decent. Pulled pork? No. Will I make it again? Yes. Actually good with onion, avocado, and sriracha. Toasted kaiser roll with slaw. Only took a few minutes to make and was good!
