1998 200 EFI. I have full use of trim at the console and the bow. Switch on the motor has no function up or down. Discovered yesterday when loading he boat and tried to put to transom saver on.

Reolace that particular trim switch .. It's bad.. I had motor switch go up but not down, and wires etc.. never messed with but just occasional use. other switches worked fine. I took it apart, before old was trashed and was corroded switch. reckon the lake water over time caused it.
Bad switch or a wire popped loose somewhere. Take the top bucket off and take a look. Should be easy enough to track down which one it is.....
Like said above bad switch are wire pop loose ? Mind did that last year , at first it would start trim on it on then . Just went dead .
