Blue water in Dayton has some nice rooms for people towing a boat.

If your down by the dam island cove marine has nice hotel rooms at a really good price. Also the Mexican restaurant is great.

I stay over at Hamilton Mall area--just a few miles from the dam. Usually stay at an old generation Laquinta with outside doors and parking in front of the doors.

The rooms are a bit dated but still worth the cost and Amigo's across the road is A+ They also have a courtesy dock where you can park your boat.
