Hey guys I’ve got a friend who had about $8,000 in tackle/baits and 15-16 rods and reels stolen out his boat last night. It was stolen in Hammond and if you guys can get the word out that may help. I understand he may not get that back but maybe we can get this guy caught and locked up.

Keep watch on Craigslist,Facebook marketplace and pawn shops to see if someone tries to sell them.Could be the work of a drug addict they will do anything for those drugs.Sorry to hear of his loss lots of money.

Sorry to hear that. Not sure about South LA, but I have spoken with 2 or 3 pawn shop owners around here that no longer take fishing gear just because so much of it is stolen these days. Hope your friend gets his stuff back!
