poor acceration out of the hole

I have a 14 z520-c ranger with 2 power poles and I'm running a tempest plus 25 with 2 plugs in the blade.
my problem is with 2 200+ men and a full tank of gas and 2 full live wells with fish I'm having a tough time getting out of the hole.
I have had a recommendation of tying a bravo xs-25...
    any comments.

    thx double-b

In the heat of summer you may have to run your current prop with no plugs...pull them and see if that helps. When it comes to holeshot the bravo line of props are king. I don't know what pitch or style bravo would be best but before I dropped that kind of coin I would open all the PVS holes on the Tempest and see what happens. It's typical for a prop to act different in the summer due to water being less dense, plus your motor is not making full horsepower in humid weather.

Try it with one large plug. You may have to lift a little just as it starts to nose over then trim up as you get back into the throttle

The math does not work for the info provided, No way this boat can achieve 7% slip. With poles maybe 12 % at best and that would be with a 26 P and I doubt you could get it on the pad in the summer time loaded with all plugs out
Provide accurate info as requested at the top of boat set up forum to get accurate help
