    TZX 190

I have a TZX 190 with a 175HPDI and an M25 prop. Out the box I was running 62mph GPS. I haven't messed with the Jack Plate. ive had the boat 5 years and only get 58-59 MPH. I read posts where guys are getting much more speed. I get this at 5500 rpms. Please help ??

I know it's not any help but mine matched your numbers. Mine was a 2012 and it didn't come with a jack plate. Before I put one one it I couldn't get 5000 with two people. After I put a jack plate on it same numbers as you.

When is the last time you purged excess tackle? Load a boat with a couple of hundred pounds of gear and you’re gonna lose some speed. Plus it’s summer time. Heat robs speed and summer blend fuel doesn’t help. Add those things up and I can easily see a 4-5 mph drop in top speed

I cant help you with the settings, but my 2003/2003 TZX190 and F150 4stroke run those speeds fully loaded. GPS.

Something isn't right with your setup.

When was the last time your fuel pumps were rebuilt and spark plugs changed?
