    Nickajack by Chattanooga

    So, staying in an AirBnB near the launch at Sullivan's. I have never fished here, and am not in a tournament.

    I would like some information, since I am putting the Nitro in in the morning. Wanting to fish between here and downtown (wife wants to ride some.) Any advice would be appreciated.

    We caught 15 or so last Friday night but below the 24 bridge using short arm blades abound submerged grass. Biggest was 3 lbs. It's really tough in the daytime but a green pumpkin chatterbait around the grass is a good bet.

    That pond has been closed for years unless you had a key to unlock the winch for the drawbridge. Someone must have bought it and turned it into a rental.
    I'll have to check out the entrance the next time I put in at sully's. You may have seen the rental cabins across from the ramp, all new but more than I would pay.
