Im not going to be any help but I had the same problem after doing update the other day and Im not sure how I got it working. I messed with a few things and then it started working. Was my first time using the unit. It detected it and worked fine before doing the update though when I tested it on dry land. Hopefully Garmin or someone on here can be of help. Sorry...

Ok, I figured it out. Go to the livescope page, then to sonar settings, then source and click the transducer number that appears

If the Panoptics icon is showing but say transducer not detected. Need to go in the setting and make sure that the transducer is set to transmit. Just had this issue on a unit I installed on my dads boat.
