Pretty sweet. Like the changes alot. The step up willbe handy also. Reminds me of the pt190 layout of old but one large center box instead of 2. If i could go back in time the dealer i got my boat from had a black pt190 with a 135 optimax on the lot. I would go that route knowing what i know now lol. This should be popular.

It easily takes 8' plus rods. Stuck an 8'6" in the port side and hade plenty of room to spare.

Being on the Pedal is going to definitely be tighter. FOr those who have the current version, it's further back a little with more width. The picture shows the pedal being closer to the front of the boat which narrows down. Might be stepping on some reels there.

    Things i Like...

    1. Cooler with step up
    2. bigger rear compartments
    3. more storage space all together...

That just not right. Every year it's increasing. No bueno. Cost of doing business I guess.

I was feeling the same way. I bought a 2018 in March. Then I see to $1,100 price increase. Now I don't feel so bad. I'm contemplating adding my own step. Build out of treated lumber, carpet it and attach with baskets to the front deck either side of the center rod locker

IMO the best value 18ft/115hp tin on the market. Will do everything it’s high priced competitors can. Had a 2011 and my biggest regret was selling it. Great ride, easy to maintain, zero issues. And now they continue to improve the layout.

Maybe I missed someone already saying it, but something that I notice is what appears to be an aluminum deck? No more wood decks?

That part of the deck has been aluminum for a long time. The only wood decking is in front of the pedestal and the cockpit floor. Do not know if the new one is the same but you cannot tell with those pictures alone.

I thought they only had aluminum "door frames" before?

No it changed a few years ago. From the compartment lids to the bow, has one piece. And the cockpit floor is the other. And there is one more piece under the bow panel that is 3/4” for the Trolling Motor mounting. I really don’t see them getting rid of pieces anytime soon. That is where most of the weight is from people, most of the time.

i had my cockpit floor piece cut out of 1/8” .100 5052. It did not give any when walking on it. But stepping down from the deck, or seat base in back. It did give a tiny bit. So I install 3” by 1-1/2 -1/8” thick aluminum supports between the stringers. There is no give now.

    Have an adventure everyday !
