    Cranking rod help

    What is your favorite crankbait rod?

    I'm looking for a new one.

    There is a few I been eyeing...
    Megabass Orochi XX flat side special
    St Croix Legend glass 7'2" medium or MH (never tried all glass)
    Gloomis IMX Pro 843 CBR

    Baits most used-
    Duo Realis M65, Megabass Deep x150, Jackall TN 60, Jackall Cherry DD, Lucky Craft LV500

    I have a St Croix Avid X M and MB Orochi XX Flatside. Don’t know how the Legend compares to the Avid X, but the Avid X is too whippy for me. Flatside has the flex more dialed in to me. Can’t comment on the GLoomis as I don’t own one.

    I wonder how the St Croix LTB big cranker rod compares to the St Croix LG MH.

    I would go 7'4 MH St Croix Legend Glass. The medium is just too whippy. I think you will like the MH over it. Really let's you throw way more on just one stick.
