2007 hpdi 225... Found water in my lower unit. Was told the prop shaft pressure tested good but the upper seals are bad on the lower unit. Also time for a new water pump. About how much should I expect to pay? Thanks

If you are somewhat handy, just your time and price of parts. Look at the parts diagram to see everything and how it goes together.
300 -400 if you have it done i would think.
