Not going to get a custom axle less than that.

you can also order just the beam with spindles and re-use your hubs with new bearings and races also. That should save you some money

I ordered one direct from ufp something like 360 shipped about 4 years ago. I had a tag on the bottom of the axle with a serial number that told them exactly what I needed.

im going back to idler hubs. Getting the brakes off it since 90 percent of times the trailer brakes fail. Looking like I can get everything from leafs to complete loaded axle for 3ish

Required by law to have brakes over 3000lbs there.

My 15 year old brakes still work great...

I'd never be w/o brakes... Safety and stopping in time is priceless.

If you have UFP DB35 brakes on your trailer, it doesn't get much simpler. After replacing my actuator, pulling all 4 hubs for service and bleeding the brakes last year, it is a very simple system to maintain. The brakes on my trucks last 100,000 miles.

You should consider getting your brakes working and keeping them on the trailer. It's not difficult, just time consuming especially with the boat on the trailer. Imagine if someone in your family was involved in a serious car crash because someone couldn't get their truck/boat/trailer slowed down in time because they removed the brakes from their trailer. Now imagine it's you that can't slow down because you removed the brakes.

I drive 100x more cautious when trailering my boat than when not towing. Reaction times and space to maneuver all changes with 26' of total length of boat/trailer behind you.

What you tow with has no effect on brake laws.

If brakes being required were a law then they wouldn’t have a brake upgrade price....
