    Searing Grates

    GrillGrates...gotta get you some! They work awesome on a pellet grill, or a grill that you can't quite get the high temps out of for searing.

    Here's a flank steak that I reverse seared. First pic smoking at 180F, second is searing with grill set to 500F and 2-3 mins per side.
