How to remove center rod divider V20

I have a 2018 V20 that I am trying to remove the center rod divider to install some rod holders on the front deck. I removed all the screws and it seems to possibly be glued in.just asking before I break something, has anybody had theirs out? If so, what's the magic trick to getting it out?

If you talking about the tubes...yes they are foamed in. (Expansive foam type glue)

After talking to Pete, I decided to go a different route and pull the front graph out and that gave me the access I needed. I wouldn't recommend taking the rod tubes out of the center storage as they are spray foamed in to keep them from bouncing around.
