The only Tundra with a 5.7 that I have been in would not get much over 15 without pulling a boat. Drove it to Canada twice which is 1750 miles one way. Great truck other than the fuel mileage.

Yeah but you don't have a kvd edition tunrda either. Anything kvd is better.

The way he's loaded and tricked out, he's lucky and I mean LUCKY to see double digits.
.
65mph on good highway I can do 20mpg once I hit town she drops hard. Average 16-14 around town but just got new tires last week and went from P-metric to LT that are 1" taller, this tank averged 15. Crewmax 4x4 5.7 I always fill up, reset trip, and hand calculate.
Edit: I could get 20mpg but not sure now with the tires and I babied it to get 20 with the factory tires.

Tundra got the worst gas mileage of any pick up I have ever owned. Towing was painful to watch the gauge move. Perhaps Toyota built him a special one that ain't available to us peasants
Drove a 17 model 4x4 xsp to Ohio last year pulling a 500 Polaris and 20 bags of shelled corn , it got 8-9 mpg. Absolutely no way it will get even close to 20mpg with a boat behind it and will be lucky to get 17mpg on the highway with nothing but him in it.
Show me a 20 in the entire lineup...

I don’t know what sane person would believe that.

I had one for 7 years and it got 17 on the highway not over 70 mph. Towing my boat 9-11 mpg.
