    Dash control panel replacement components

I have a quick question and since you can't call Skeeter parts, maybe one of you smarter guys can explain this to me. I had my entire dash control panel replaced in my 04 zx225. They charged me for 3 parts - 2 parts were control panel and one part was the fuse box. My question is which 2 control panel parts would they charge me $299 each for? I only saw the main panel with the toggle switches, the fuse box and what would the other be? Not the horn panel I hope? I am just trying to make sure they didn't double charge me by mistake or worse, rip me off. I would rather get someone else's advice before I ask them. I heard good things about this dealer and don't want to come across in a negative way - unless I need to. Thanks in advance!

When I replaced mine last year... Same year and boat you have, the dealer told me I may or may not need the adaptor that plugs from panel switches to new fuse box. $299 sounds about right on price. I took the gamble and didn't need it. New panel and fuse box plugged in correctly. The toggle switches and fuse box was like $500 I think. Hope this helps

I have the exact same boat. Skeeter sent me the part list I needed for replacement and a dealer quoted me on them:

    91112322-Rocker Panel $248.88
    91112237-Adapt Harness $199.00
    16170421-Fuse Block $169.95
    91111092-Bezel $36.00

Over $650 in parts before any labor and no instructions.... No thanks Skeeter.

I built my own (and did a better job) for $250.

Thanks everyone! I now have a better understanding and don't think the dealer made a mistake or otherwise. I am still convinced Skeeter should be ashamed and should offer a better replacement package with instructions at a better price since it should have been a recall. I wish I had the skills and time to make my own, but I wanted it done right and just wanted to go fishing. To really put a sour note on this, Skeeter sent 2 of the 3 parts and it took another 2 weeks for the last part to arrive. All in all it took a month for them to fix a one day repair.
