I totally agree. It does get a little old around here when you get 10-15 consecutive days in the 110-118 range with the lows not getting under 100. Ugh!

I have only had one----- And I shouldn't have even had that one. Was staying up at Okoboji at a friends, one of the days was very hot. I have a bad habit of not stopping to eat or drink when I'm fishing. I think it was around 5 PM when I stopped for the day. I showered and laid down------ felt like it was below zero, i couldnt stop shaking. Drank some water and my pee was as orange as a Tn. football jersey ( always wondered how they got those jerseys so orange-- now i know). Took a few days getting back to normal

I will go for that as well. As long as I don't need to work outside.
But I can't stand cold weather.

I’ll go on record and say I hate cold weather! I don’t want anything under 70* and I live in heat and humidity!

...EXCESSIVE HEAT WATCH REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM THURSDAY MORNING
    THROUGH FRIDAY EVENING...

    * TEMPERATURE, Temperatures will increase during the week with
readings 6 to 8 degrees above normal by Wednesday. However,
the hottest days are expected to be Thursday and Friday with
the Las Vegas Valley and Pahrump, potentially reaching 110 to
115 degrees, 115 to 120 along the Colorado River Valley, and
120 to 125 degrees in Death Valley.

    * IMPACTS, Heat related illnesses such as heat exhaustion and
heat stroke will be possible. People most vulnerable include
those who are spending lots of time outdoors, those who do
not have air conditioning, young children, the elderly, and
    those with chronic ailments.

    PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

An Excessive Heat Watch means that a prolonged period of hot
temperatures is expected. The hot temperatures will create a
dangerous situation in which heat illnesses are possible. Drink
plenty of fluids, stay in an air - conditioned room, stay out of
the sun, and check up on relatives and neighbors.

    Tell me about heat....

Sounds good to me. Lets go fishing Brian. Might be heading out to Mead in during July 4th.

I don't know you either, but you are not the only person that hates me!

Watching TV with all windows open, 64 outside right now. Can't deal with high heat and humidity.

Edit: Looking forward to Thursday. Sunny, High 70, Low 48.

It was very nice today. Stayed in low 90s with cloud cover. Wife and I hit a local lake from about 4:00 till dark. Perfect evening. Light breeze and the fish were biting.
