I had the same issue trying to pair my phone to my helix. It would pair to share text msgs but trying to try this way point share it wouldn't connect or even find my network.

I was messing with this topic again and now with my Android phone, I got the choice to share via Bluetooth. Can't get my phone to pair with the SOLIX to see if that works since it was paired with my iPad for software downloads.



I also emailed that waypoint to myself (AOL Mail) and it was automatically attached to a GPX software I use for conversion (Ride Leader) and converted to GPX. I then opened that with HumminbirdPC and can load it to all my units via memory card.
I also tried sending it to Dropbox and it became a text file.

What are the gold dots on the fish smart app? Cant figure them out

Waypoints? Not sure but my waypoints look gold. If you don't have the manual here is the link: https://humminbird.johnsonoutdoors.c...app_manual.pdf

Zoom in close and touch a gold dot. It should show its details at the bottom of the view.
