    We are going out to Ohio next month to visit friends and we were going to swing by Freedom to check them out and talk some numbers BUT I haven't seen any on their site so who knows. We may still stop by to see what kind of numbers we come up with. I'd really like to drive one first as I have zero complaints about my current boat but when you start talking repower cost you tend to just start looking at new boats instead! LOL I think the 198 would be better size for us but we will see. Just kicking tires and running numbers.

    I'd like to see a brace that will strengthen where the bilge lid closes at the transom. Just a thin piece of fiberglass there now.

    No, the lid doesn't flex itself. But with the lid open it an inviting area to put your foot going to the other side, at least for me.
