I’m not a cheese snob, but I do love a good crumbled blue cheese on my burgers, Swiss cheese on my ham/turkey sandwiches, and nice smoked cheddar is damn good on crackers. Actually a block of cheese and some club crackers is dinner for me quite often. Lol.

Mine, too. You need to try my favorite brand, Black Diamond. It's a Canadian Extra Sharp Cheddar. We used to buy it in Canada, but can't find it at any of the grocery stores near our cabin anymore. So, we buy it at Sam's Club and take it with us. If you like a cheese sammich, try Black Diamond, French's mustard, and a thick slice of Vadalia onion...outta this world!

You haven’t had sharp cheddar until you have had Hook’s 15 year aged. We take cheese pretty seriously in Wisconsin.

I like really sharp cheddar, buy 5-7 year white aged cheddar. Crumbles easily, buy it from a little store about 1/2 hour from here. Haven't figured out what brand it actually is, but I've been meaning to try tillamock and see if it is the same.

Also like a cheese called bessie's blend, and baraboo blue from carrvalley cheese.

I like most cheeses but when it comes to bologna or cheeseburgers it's gotta be American.

Smoked Gouda in a wheel encased in wax. Gouda dominates the earth. I am not an expert on anything, but I happen to know that gouda is the top of the mountaintop of cheese.

It would be a toss up between Swiss and feta cheese.
