A power connection has nothing to do with adding a shoot-thru transducer. What is different between the old power cord and whatever you attached that does not work?

Explain the parts you have and how they are connected to the unit.

there is no differents the end of both connect in back of the unit. The transducer has one connection and a temp cable. The ends are same. I said power cord it is knot the power cord.

Did you get the Y cable to connect both transducers to the display? That is the ONLY way to use the shoot-thru 2D transducer and the Side Imaging transducer.

If you use that setup, you did not need the XP 9 20 T, you just needed the XP 9 20 since the Y cable does not have an electrical connection for the remote temp sensor.

Set the Connected Transducer to Dual Beam and you will not have any imaging views.
