Can someone kinda give an idea where fun island is on the lake?, might make it easier to get there
I'm terrible with directions but it's 1/2 way up the river not sure how you'd be coming but from chouteau bend you can go down river there is a sandy island that everyone meets up on chouteau bend is right off hwy 412 or coming north up 69hwy you can go to Rocky point camp ground from there go up river just a few miles just stay in the channel there's a spot there that people get in trouble occasionally. I'll see if I can find a map to send you, my number is 918-530-2112 feel free to call I can come meet you at the ramp and show you the way

Where is the closest ramp to fun island, road #. Once we get on the lake do we go north or south?
Some of us have never been on the lake or in that area. Do you know where the FLW will be launching
from?
Rex1, I grew up in Oklahoma but haven't been that far up the lake in a Long time, by looking at a map, Rocky point looks pretty close, have to go up lake from there I think, I looked on a Lake Ft.Gibson map on line

take me 4 + hours to get there.

By the map I'm looking at, Three Finger Bay looks like the closest ramp, just my best guess if the islands I'm looking at are one of them
What time are you guys meeting on the island Saturday?
Several of us will be there all day I'll be out around 6 I'll fish till I see or hear boats 3 fingers has a ramp not sure how to drive to it and it's not a very good ramp Rocky points close and best ramp it's up north from Rocky point a few miles my number is 918-530-2112 I can come to any ramp and lead the way if need be
