    Networking problems

I am running a helix 9 m si g2n and a 898 at council and a helix 9 di g2n at bow. I have an Ethernet switch w the correct wires. Sometimes the Ethernet works, sometimes it doesn't. Yesterday I couldn't get the graphs to share at all. I normally turn on switch, wait couple minutes, then one graph at a time. What could be wrong?

The start-up procedure is Ethernet Switch first, then FULLY start-up each one before you start-up the next one.
    A full start-up is a satellite lock/tracking/map view.

That is how I normally start up. I give a couple minutes between each unit. Does it matter what order I turn on the units?

It only does if you are using one as the source for others.

I would double check the power to the ethernet switch.

I sent the switch in for repair. Now I have the 2 g2n's connected together and the shared screen is black. What can I do to fix that?
