    SHO Skeg

    I noticed this when i got off the water today. Is it normal to have some curve in the skeg?

    How much curve are you talking about...the anti torque skeg on the Yamaha is only a small bit on the back edge...if I'm looking at the second picture correctly, it looks bent along the front edge...is the correct?

    It it looks like from this picture it’s on the back edge. When I looked at it before I took the pictures it looked that way as well back edge.

    the skeg on my 300 hpdi is the same. I ordered a stainless protector and almost got it stuck as it is straight and the skeg has a bit of curve so I sent it back and pray that I don't hit anything.
