This is in my neighborhood 2 other people have spotted it now too. The was posted on a local neighborhood forum.
June 11, 2018 around 8 pm I looked out my back window, I seen a "Black Panther Cat"
with a collar/tag on its neck. It was pacing back and forth in my rear neighbors yard, then it went into the wooded area. I called the police, they sent officers asking people did they see anything, but did not come to the area described to them. Today June 14, 2018 at 3:30 pm, I was talking to a neighbor about what I had seen. She then started telling me that her son and his brother seen the same thing as they were about to go in the woods and play. That stopped them, Thank God. We live in the 4100 block of Salem Springs Ct.
