I fished Ute over the July 4th holiday and it was really full, fishing was fair. When I drove by the Butte, it was very low.

There has been a lot of habitat work over the last few years. The Butte fished a lot better this year than in years past. Just wish they would not mess with the water level so much. I know the drought situation has not helped either. Praying for a good winter with lots of snow!!

They have the dam closed now. It has actually came up a little the past couple of weeks. Was there yesterday, it is going to take awhile for it to come back.
We need world record snow and rain this year to help.

How's the weather in Co, it's been cool and windy down at EB.
Snowing and cold here. Got 14" total out of the last storm have about 6 to 7" on the ground now.
How does that compare to years past?
It's still below our normal average for this time of year. It's to dry pray for snow
