    Upgrading Electronics

Planning on completely upgrading my electronics in the next month or so. I'm currently running Gen2 HDS7 touches/LSS1 front and console. I'm going to go with Birds or Garmin because I want to have either a 360 or the new Live Scope. I've got an Ultrex and want to be able to use the 360 or LiveScope while spotlocked.

Here's the two set ups I'm looking at. Total price for the setups is within $50.

    Garmin
    Front - echoMap93SV w/ducer, LiveScope
Console - echoMap93SV head, GT 8 ducer (in hull), GT 30M ducer, Y cable

    HB
    Front - Helix 10 Chirp DI GPS G2N w/ducer, Ultrex 360
Console - Helix 9 Chirp SI GPS G2n w/ducer, XP920 ducer (in hull), Y cable

Pro for the HB are that the 360 works with the Ultrex and that I get a 10" unit on the front, con is that I don't think the 360 will be as clear as the LiveScope

Pro for the Garmin is the Live Scope (looks so cool), con is that I'm going to have to make another mount and move by hand

    Appreciate any help or thoughts

Make sure those Echomap units are the Echomap Plus.

Ive used them all but I do love my Garmins. I know its a little bit more but I would look into the 1042xsv. Pixels are much so you will have a cleaner image.
