    opinions on a 896 Savage DC

    found a good deal on one but don't know much about them.
    what can you all tell me about them speed, ride and deck layout

    I'm not a boat guru I've been in all my buddies boats pro crafts rangers tritons .have never owned a nice bass boat always been a rider until my son started to fish for his school so I made the jump his fishing partner dad has a 896 savage he turned me onto i loved the way it drove and rides so I had to find one like it 1 yr later landed a 912 savage bigger than I wanted but I'm happy with it when I get the motor bugs worked out .

    I have a 97 Savage 896 with a single console. It runs about 64 loaded with a half tank of gas, 4 batteries, and full live wells.I feel like it handles rough water well and is very stable to fish out of.
